Refund policy

Returns:

If you're unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of the purchase date. We'll only accept returns of items in their original condition and packaging. Please note that we cannot accept returns of candles that are used. 

We'll send you a shipping label for the return and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without a prior request will not be accepted. Once we receive your return and inspect the items, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method. It typically takes 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Gift cards are also eligible for returns within 30 days of purchase and will be refunded to the original payment method.

 

Price Adjustments

Prior purchases are eligible for price adjustments within 7 days, regardless of whether the item has yet to ship.

 

Cancellations:

If you happen to change your decision about the purchase, no need to fret! We are more than happy to accommodate cancellation requests. However, please note that once our warehouse has processed and dispatched your order, it cannot be canceled.

 

Damages:

At Skoven, we take every possible measure to ensure your candle is delivered to you quickly and securely. However, breakage rarely occurs during transit. If this happens, kindly send us an email at hello@shopskoven.com with the following:


  • The order number.
  • Pictures of the packaging and candle.
  • The number of broken candles
  • Let us know how we can make it right. If you'd like a replacement or a refund. 


If your candle has a manufacturer defect, please request a refund or a replacement. Follow the same steps mentioned above, and we'll take immediate action to resolve the issue. 


Our candles are made of all-natural soy wax and may cause wet spots, sweat, and pool due to temperature changes. Occurrences such as these are typical with non-paraffin wax or wax blended with paraffin and are not considered damage or defect. To prevent your candle from sweating, we suggest storing the candle(s) in a cool and dry place.
