Processing Times:
Your order will be processed within 1 to 3 business days, except for weekends and holidays. All orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx from our partners at Atomix.
During peak holiday season orders will be processed within 1 to 5 business days.
Domestic Shipping:
We delighted to offer free shipping on all Economy Shipping. Alaska and Hawaii shipping is considered as Domestic Shipping.
Free Economy Shipping lead times are within 5-8 business days. Standard and Express shipping are available for an additional cost.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
At Skoven, we partner with reliable carriers to ensure your package arrives on time. However, Skoven cannot be held accountable for any lost, stolen, or incorrectly delivered packages once they leave our warehouse.
